Wooded Retreat, close to USAFA!

This is a spacious, 5 br home on a treed lot in a neighborhood. There is a roomy living room, dr with table for 8, and 4 baths. It is nor air conditioned, although there are ducted units in the mbr and some of the others. There is a nice deck, bbq and firepit. (Douglas county prohibits fires of any type frequently in the summer). The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. Communications with the owner were excellent, with no gaps or uncertainties about check in or out processes. Directions to the property were clear, concise and easily followed, with or without GPS. For any large family group, this place is ideal. For a loud party, it wouldn't work because of its proximity to the neighbors. Price was reasonable for space and value.

The property was very spacious and comfortable for our family get together. The kitchen was well equipped and easy for multiple cooks to use.

The owners were very easy to communicate with, and answered all of our questions. Lot’s of amenities. We had a great stay, and I would recommend to others!
